Why are you contacting Starion Rewards support?

NOTE: This will not cancel any payment, subscription, or enrollment that provided you access to Starion Rewards. This will simply stop email reminders from being sent to you.

How do I become a customer?

The Starion Rewards Program is only for current paid Starion Energy customers. If you are a Starion Energy customer, you should have received either an email or a letter in the mail with enrollment details to join Starion Rewards.

Starion Rewards is a free added gift from Starion Energy. As a part of Starion Rewards, you can save with deals on dining, shopping, hotels, entertainment, local deals, movie tickets, gift cards, and so much more. There’s something for everyone with Starion Rewards.

What's the Daily Gift Card Giveaway? Did I Win?

One of the best and most popular benefits of the reward program is a Daily Gift Card Giveaway. Every day we give away a free Amazon.com Gift Card. That's 365 free Amazon.com Gift Cards every year! The Daily Gift Card Giveaway runs from 9am EST to 9pm EST every day. As an active reward customer, you're eligible to enter the Daily Gift Card Giveaway every day, and your entry is always free. All you need to do is login to your reward account between 9am EST and 9pm EST and click "Enter" in the Daily Gift Card Giveaway area, and you'll be automatically entered in that day's Daily Gift Card Giveaway. It's that easy! At 9pm EST a winner is automatically selected from among that day's entries, and a "Congratulations" email is automatically emailed to them with details about their Amazon.com Gift Card. We do not email people who do not win the Daily Gift Card Giveaway. So, if you're wondering if you won the Daily Gift Card Giveaway, check your email. If you didn't get a "Congratulations" email, that means you didn't win. But you can always try again tomorrow!

I can’t login to Starion Rewards.

Typically if you aren't able to login, it's because you haven't registered your Reward Code. You'll need to register your Reward Code before you can access your account. You should have received an email or a notification in the mail with this information.

If you have already registered your account, you can login using your email address and zip code that you provided during the registration process.

If your Starion Rewards account is cancelled, you will not be able to login to your account. This program is only for current paid Starion Energy customers. If you are no longer a Starion Energy customer, you will not be able to access the Starion Rewards benefits.

I have a billing question.

Starion Rewards is a reward program. Your access to Starion Rewards is powered by Starion Energy. If you have a billing question for Starion Energy, you just need to contact Starion Energy directly to do that. You can contact them by phone by calling 800-600-3040. Their customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.

What if I have more than one Reward Code?

Do you have more than one Starion Energy reward code? No problem! Once you've activated your first reward code, using your other reward codes is easy! Just login to your account and click on the "Redeem Another Code" link at the top or bottom of the page. Submit the reward code and we'll take care of the rest.
